Our prices vary according to the route taken to resolve your claim

  • 25% plus VAT if we obtain compensation amicably, without going to court.
  • 30% plus VAT if we obtain the compensation by claiming from the Public Administration or legitimate consumer and user bodies.
  • 40% plus VAT if we obtain compensation by claiming in the Courts of Justice.

The waiting time depends on the airline and the administrative or judicial bodies. However, the claim process with AIRMONEY is safer and faster, as we know the modus operandi of the airlines, the courts and the administration.
Can I make a claim for past flights?
Yes, you can claim flight incidents up to a maximum of 5 years old.
I have travelled with an airline from outside the European Union, can I make a claim?
